Slowly people are starting to post their businesses on Instagram in order to spread the word. There is a certain trick most of the business owners do. They start off a "shoutout" page to get people to shout them out in order to get a large amount of followers.
Most of the time they do a shout out for shout out thing where they shout you out only after you do theirs. After receiving thousands of followers they finally change the page to their business and put up posts for everyone to view. Another thing business owners do is buy the follower. They do this to give people the illusion that they are already popular, and they should join the "Bandwagon."
For now it seems pretty legit, so far there's no report of an Instagram scam or scandal. A few pages I have seen and shopped from are:
- Sellsneakers here has a link to Sole supremacy
- DistinguishedCravat
- SneakerFind

I love Instagram much more than any other social media and this is because I love taking pictures of any and everything. I also am considering making my own business which will need to be marketed. This is a very helpful article because now I know that I can use Instagram to market my upcoming business.
ReplyDeleteYeah there are many ways to market your product or service on Instagram, so if you ever have any questions let me know.
DeleteI have seen many companies flourish from using Instagram. It is a smart choice. Instead of trying to get the consumers to come to you, why not go to where they all are. It is more beneficial to be on IG and pop up in someones timeline instead of hoping they check an email to find out about a new product you have. Also, consumers like to take pictures with their products and tag the company. It isn't as easy to do this when companies only have a website alone.
